JTC Institutional Client Services is an independent global specialist in real estate, private equity and hedge asset classes. We administer funds – as well as the related entities such as special purpose vehicles, trusts, management companies and carry vehicles.
JTC Real Estate Services has a dedicated team with a proven track record in administering and providing accountancy services to structures across multiple jurisdictions. We have extensive knowledge of the European real estate market, built up working with international clients and professional partners over many years.
Our real estate team comprises of experienced chartered accountants, chartered surveyors, lawyers and company secretaries. The team provide a full range of administration and accountancy services covering companies, limited partnerships, unit trust structures and funds that cover multiple jurisdictions.
We run an operating model which delivers client focused service solutions, underpinned by robust risk management processes.
