The site is divided into 2 sections.

OAKPARK « Office and Business » with 25,000 m² of floor area, is divided into 6 lots of between 2500 m² and 5700 m². Buildings may be erected up to a height of 14.5 m, and can be in the form of either several administrative buildings or mixed developments with dimensions from 1500 m² to 6000 m².

DUSSMANN S.A. (cleaning, security, services) is the first company to move in and is setting up its administrative and logistical headquarters here in 2015.

OAKPARK « Trade and Industry » with its 55.000 m² area is a business park comprised of sites with dimensions of between 2500 and 20,000 m². This is the ideal location for production, storage and logistics activities. The industrial estate also provides an excellent base for medium and large companies.

The Belgian TVH-Mateco Group (working platforms leasing) recently acquired the first lot.

The concept
